Ceylon Single Estate: Kenilworth OP - £2.80
One of the best-known Ceylon teas from the Kenilworth Garden in Sri Lanka. With its elegant leaf structure and even coloration, it has clarity and smoothness. Perfect with or without milk. Drink when: you’re feeling wise.
Organic Nilgiri Single Estate: Thiashola TGFOP1 - £2.80
Single estate black tea from the “Blue Mountains” of South India. Fresh, good bodied tea, lovely copper red liquor. It stands up well to the addition of milk. Drink when: a tea for all occasions.

This particular brick was pressed in 2006 at Lincang Tea Factory, Yunnan, China. Mellow, slightly nutty, citrus notes and a long lasting sweet finish to nourish your soul. Best on its own. Drink when: magic and mischief strike.

Oolong Teas - smooth, complex, mysterious
Vietnamese Imperial Oolong - £3.20
One of Vietnam's gems, this light and buttery oolong has leaves rolled into pearls unfurling as it brews. Sweet, refreshing liquor. Best on its own.

Golden Oolong - £3.20
A naturally scented tea, our oolong is prepared by choosing the freshest organic flowers from the 1st and 2nd day of the Osmanthus new seasonal bloom. These are the most fragrant and sweet which will render our tea a beautifully balanced and delicate floral aroma with distinct fruity notes that evoke apricot.
Green Teas - light, bright, beautiful
Organic Sencha Green - £2.80
Steamed green tea from the Shizuoka prefecture of Japan. A crisp and clean cup with notes of freshly steamed edamame. If you're new to Sencha (and the vibrant teas of Japan in general), this would be a great place to start.
Jasmine Phoenix Pearls - £3.00
Perfumy hand-rolled tea- each pearl is just one leaf and a bud. When added to hot water they majestically unfurl releasing a delicate scent and flavor.
Jasmine China Chung Feng - £2.80
Scented with aroma from jasmine blossoms this tea is a classic and one of the most loved green teas in the world. Here's a little secret: Jasmine tea is best enjoyed with chocolate, the flavours are perfect poetry together.
Japan Gyokuro Asahi - £3.50
The highest grade of green tea produced in Japan, this tea is grown under bamboo shades for 3 weeks while the first flush develops. This decreases the bitterness and results in a sweet, flavourful cup with a rich bouquet like fresh-picked leaves. "Gyokuro" translates as “jade dew", referring to the emerald colour of the infusion.
Gunpowder Green - £2.60
As the name implies, Gunpowder tea is made up of leaves hand-rolled into tiny pellets. These resemble gunpowder, and give this tea its distinct name. Full-bodied cup with only a hint of smokiness and a smooth mouthfeel.
Ginseng Green - £2.80
Fresh green tea from China with the energizing flavor of ginseng. Sweet, earthy green aroma, delicately spicy and herby.

Lapacho & Apple - £2.60
Lapacho, also referred to as Pau d'Arco, is an evergreen tree native to South America. The bark is a source of antioxidants. Infusions prepared from the bark of Pau d`Arco trees have been used by many rainforest tribes for over two thousand years to contribute to the immune system.
Pure Peppermint // Spearmint - £2.60

A lighter, fresher version of the famous Earl…Lady Grey is Earl Grey's elegant cousin. Her tea has the same light and delicate taste of bergamot, but with added hints of oranges and lemons.
The Ginnel Special Blend (exclusive to Tea Inc.) - £2.80
A one of a kind blend of our finest Assam and Lemon tea on a base of Earl Grey with Rose Petals to which we added just a dash of Lapsang Souchong. A charming and slightly mysterious blend which showcases everything The Ginnel is about! We have created this blend ourselves and we are proud of it, we hope you’ll enjoy it too.
Moroccan Mint - £2.80
The famous, classic blend of Gunpowder Green Tea and refreshing Spearmint. Full-bodied cup with a hint of fresh leaves and smooth, clean mouthfeel. Rock the Casbah.
Russian Caravan - £2.80
An energising, full-bodied blend of Assam tea with a hint of Lapsang Souchong. Which in turn gives it a sweet, aromatic and lightly smoky taste. The name originates from the 18th century tea trade where camel caravans were used to transport tea leaves from Asia, through Russia, and into Europe.

Argentine Yerba mate is slowly gaining popularity in Europe thanks to its many health benefits. Faint hints of tobacco and grass. Unlike most herbal teas this contains caffeine and is well known for providing high levels of energy.

We just cannot offer wonderful teas without matching them with equally wonderful coffee! We are proud to introduce to you our coffee suppliers, Owens Coffee who are an artisan coffee supplier and roaster, based in South Devon. They produce high quality, award winning coffee which is 100% Organic and Fairtrade.
The beans we are currently using are voluptuous, chocolaty and sweet, our ever popular espresso blend of beans from Peru and Sumatra. Roasted slightly darker to bring out the natural sweetness of these organic beans. A gold award winner at the Great Taste Awards.

We source our still apple juices from Bradley's Juice, a family run business, producing outstanding English juices at Box Bush Farm in rural Somerset in small batches and pressed using traditional methods of production.

FOOD MENU - Because nobody can live on tea alone LUNCH is served everyday from 12 o’clock until 2 o'clock. You might notice our balanced, less meat-heavy approach to our menu as we are concerned too about unethically treated, mass produced meat. Our food remains still a little naughty, but always nutritious, comforting and never ever bland. It is cooked with love so that veggie-lovers and mindful meat-eaters alike can find something to enjoy!
